Partners:

Cardac Systems Inc. is made up of extremely talented and dedicated staff. Ian Hutchison provides the overall leadership. He has more than 30 years in the industry and plays a very active role in the daily operation of our company.

Operations:

Our operations staff is by lead Technician Russ Leggett, provides industry leading quality in our projects and services activities. The staff consists of a group of licensed and apprenticing technicians with years of experience in all aspects of our industry. Each possesses certifications in the different areas where we operate. We provide a strong recruiting, mentoring and training program to ensure we have quality staff as we continue to grow into the future.

Integrations:

Our integrations group, led by lead Integration Technician, Tom Carroll, work with our clients to ensure seamless integrations between the systems we provide and existing IT infrastructure. They then provide training and long term support for those systems. In this area also, we provide a strong recruiting, mentoring and training program to ensure we have quality staff as we continue to grow into the future.

Cardac Systems Inc. has extensive in house support abilities including; pre-fabrication department, which can pre-manufacture panel housings, custom mounting solutions and all manner of special installation requirements, all in our 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility; a team of auto CAD trained drafting people to prepare and update drawings; and our documentation team to prepare O&M's and other related project documents.

Safety:

Our Safety Officer is Dennis Henry, who heads a group of 14 fully certified NCSO's. They work with our field staff to maintain and update our robust safety program, including all field staff using "SiteDocs" for daily interactive electronic Safety Form completion and incident reporting system. Cardac Systems Inc. is proud to have one of the lowest safety incident rates in the industry.

Administration:

Our Admin team, lead by Barb Blackner and Warren Nachtigall, ensures that each administrative task involved in supporting a very complex organization is completed accurately and on time.
